RECOMMENDATIONS OF VERMONT TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION AT MEETING ON AUG. 4, 1986 <br /> 1. PETITION #3750 by Wallace E. Keller to rezone 22.5 acres from A-1 Ex. Ag. to <br /> RH-4.--- <br /> ACTION: Recommend approval. <br /> 2. PETITION #3737 by Dan McMeen for Roland Diehl to rezone 2 acres from A-1 Ex. Ag. <br /> to RH-1. <br /> ACTION: Recommend disapproval. <br /> REASONS: (1 ) Inadequate deed restriction regarding easement <br /> t2) Inadequate evaluation of driveway and erosion control criteria — <br /> (3 Special exception permot not yet received. -- <br /> (4) Need to reassess new house site. <br /> 3. Petition #3696 regarding new A-2 zoning districts was approved by 18 towns. <br /> County Ag Committee opposed by vote 5 to 2. <br /> Petition 3695 regarding number of livestock for A-2 zoning permitted and controls <br /> for manure storage and erosion if unlimited livestock is permitted under a CUP <br /> was tabled by County Ag. Committee. <br /> RECOMMEND someone from Town attend next meeting of County Ag Committee on Tuesday, <br /> August 26, to support the above petitions. <br /> (John Bird volunteered and is to notify Bob Wright if he is unable to attend.) <br /> 4. RECOMMEND letter be sent to Bob Anders supporting the Regional Planning Commission. <br /> They are worried that they will not be included in next year's county budget. <br /> Letter should state that we feel that they provide an essential service to the towns; <br /> that we have benefited from their help in the past; and that we strongly recommend <br /> they be given a budget necessary to continue their services. <br /> es4zAlx,/raco <br /> BETTY J.
