The nature of the complaint was that the property was being used for the <br /> storage of junk including,but not limited to,unlicensed or inoperable vehicles,scrap metal,trash,lawn mowers,and <br /> other debris. <br /> In a letter dated January 28,2009,I indicated that at that time I was pleased with the progress you have made to <br /> clean up the property and no further enforcement action would be taken at that time. Now that there has been a <br /> complaints from many neighbors as well as the Town of Burke,further compliance with the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances must be made. <br /> The ordinance states that junk must be stored inside of an enclosed building,or be stored at a licensed salvage yard. <br /> You are hereby instructed to remove any and all junk from the property or store it in an enclosed building within 14 <br /> days of the date of this letter.
