A site inspection was conducted on April 30, 2008. It was observed <br /> that the south half of the calf shed was torn down and rebuilt. <br /> Under the Dane County Code of Ordinances Section 10.25(2)(b) and Section 10.17(3)(b), <br /> agriculture buildings are required to be 30 feet from the right-of-way line of Muller Road or must <br /> be granted a variance from the Dane County Board of Adjustment and then obtain a Dane <br /> County zoning permit. <br /> This letter serves as notice that your property at 42 Muller Road appears to be in violation of the <br /> ordinance is located within 30 feet of the right-of-way line of Muller Road. Under the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances Section 10.25(3)(a)1., a location survey is to be submitted for any <br /> construction within 10 feet of a minimum required setback lines. <br /> You are hereby instructed to submit a location survey, as defined by Section 10.01(30m) of the <br /> Dane County Code of Ordinances, for the calf shed, within 30 days of the date of this letter. <br /> When the survey is completed, please contact the Zoning Department at(608) 266-4266 so that <br /> the survey can be reviewed. <br /> If the survey is not submitted within the 30-day time period, citations will be issued for each day <br /> in violation. <br /> Your cooperation is appreciated in this matter. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Russell L.
