Paulson, of a barn on your property at 42 Muller Road. It was observed that <br /> the barn was 19.0 feet from the right-of-way line for Muller Road. <br /> Under the Dane County Code of Ordinances Section 10.25(2)(b) and Section 10.17(3)(b), <br /> agriculture buildings are required to be 30 feet from the right-of-way line of Muller Road or must <br /> be granted a variance from the Dane County Board of Adjustment and then obtain a Dane <br /> County zoning permit. <br /> This letter serves as notice that the barn on your property at 42 Muller Road is in violation of the <br /> ordinance. The barn is located within 19 feet of the right-of-way line of Muller Road. <br /> You are hereby instructed to contact Ms. Kristine Schutte, the Dane County Assistant Zoning <br /> Administrator, 608-266-9084, for an appointment and submit an application for a variance <br /> appeal from the minimum required setback to the right-of-way line for Muller Road within 30 <br /> days of the date of this letter. The application materials and her card are enclosed. <br /> If the application is not submitted within the 30-day time period, that portion of the barn that <br /> does not meet the minimum required setback must be removed or citations will be issued for <br /> each day in the barn is in violation of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. <br /> Your cooperation is appreciated in this matter. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Russell L.
