Minutes of the June 26, 2008 Public Hearing of the Dane County Board of Adjustment. <br /> Long/Studz to approve as presented. Carried 4 — 0. <br /> III. PUBLIC HEARING: JULY 24, 2008 APPEALS <br /> 1. Appeal 3532. Appeal by Daniel Henning et al. for a variance from minimum required <br /> setback from road as provided by Section 10.17(3), Dane County Code of Ordinances, to <br /> permit agricultural building as constructed at 42 Muller Road in the SE 1/4 SE1/4, Section <br /> 12, Town of York. <br /> Long/Reynolds to grant 11 foot variance from minimum 30 foot setback from Muller Road <br /> right-of-way to allow addition to existing calf shed as constructed. Carried 3 — 1, Studz, no. <br /> STAFF NOTE: Henning will come in next week to get Zoning Permit from AZA. <br /> 2. Appeal 3533. Appeal by Brian & Barrett Martin (Ron Klaas, D'Onofrio Kottke & <br /> Associates, agent) for variances from minimum required lot width at the building setback <br /> line and minimum required lot area for an existing substandard lot in the Shoreland <br /> District as provided by Sections 11.03(1) and 10.05(4), Dane County Code of Ordinances, <br /> to permit removal of existing house and construction of new single-family residence and <br /> possible Certified Survey Map at 4336 Jordan Drive, being Lot 36, Block 1, Brictson Park <br /> and part of vacated Jordan Drive in the SW 1/4 SE 1/4, Section 8, Town of Dunn. <br /> Studz/Long to grant variance of 5,526 SF from minimum 15,000 SF required lot area: and <br /> variance of 60 feet at building setback line as platted (60.04 feet as surveyed) from minimum <br /> 100 feet required lot width at building setback line to allow removal and replacement of <br /> existing single-family residence on a substandard property in the Shoreland district and allow <br /> Certified Survey Map, if required, Conditioned "upon them keeping surface water run-off <br /> from this property off the adjacent properties," as per Town of Dunn Board action. <br /> Carried 4 — 0. <br /> STAFF NOTE: Applicants must submit approved Shoreland Erosion Control Permit showing <br /> control of surface water runoff as per Condition before the Zoning Permit may be issued. <br /> They may also need a Parcel Status Determination or CSM. <br />
