9. Proposed Schedule for all Elements of the Erosion Control Plan <br /> The time schedule for completion and installation of all elements of the <br /> erosion control plan is included on Exhibit #3. <br /> 10. Fertilizer and Seedin g Rates <br /> All pervious disturbed areas shall receive a minimum of four(4) inches of <br /> topsoil, fertilizer, seed and mulch. Restoration will occur as soon after the <br /> disturbance as practical. Seed mixture 40 shall be used on areas where lawn <br /> type turf is preferred and mixture shall be in accordance with section 630 of <br /> D.O.T. specifications. An equal amount of annual ryegrass shall be added to <br /> the mix. Acceptable native species for the shoreland zone (within 35 feet of <br /> the Ordinary High Water Mark) shall be selected from the approved list, <br /> available at http://www.danewate rs.com/pdf/approved_species.pdf. Fertilizer shall meet the <br /> following minimum requirements: Nitrogen, not less than 16%; Phosphoric <br /> I Acid, not less than 8%; Potash, not less than 8%. Seed mixtures shall be <br /> applied at the rate of four pounds per one-thousand square feet. Fertilizer <br /> mixtures shall be applied at the rate of four pounds per one-thousand square <br /> feet. Mulch will consist of straw or hay, applied at a rate of two tons per acre. <br /> 11. Itemized Estimated Cost for All Elements of the Erosion Control Plan <br /> The itemized estimated cost, including labor, for installation of all elements of <br /> the erosion control plan can be viewed on page 3 of this report. <br /> 12. Design Discharge for Ditches and Structural Measures <br /> There are no ditches or structural measures for this project. <br /> 13. Cross Sections and Profiles of Road Ditches and Channels <br /> a There are no road ditches for this project. <br /> 2 14. Runoff Velocities in Channels <br /> There are no channels for this project. <br /> 15. Culvert Sizes <br /> There are no culverts for this project. <br /> 16. Stable Outlet, Carrying the Design Flow Rate at a Non-Erosive Velocity <br /> Runoff will leave the site as sheet flow to provide a non-erosive outlet and <br /> drainage swales are sized to have a non-erosive velocity. <br /> 17. Copy of Preliminary Review Letters, Permits or Approvals by Other Agencies <br /> There are no preliminary review letters for this project. <br /> 18.
