Mr.
Skalitzky had said there were no houses in the immediate area that
would be effected by the tavern, but yet, these residents will have
the parking area in their back yards. Mr. Skalitzky made no effort
to contact these people. When we contacted them, many were not aware
that a bar was being considered for the area. They oppose the bar
and the zoning for it. You will also find enclosed a copy of the
February 18, 1984 Wisconsin State Journal front page. The article
in the lower left states that Hwy. CV from Madison to Hwy. 51 is
the second worst highway in all of Dane County. As a side note,
Wednesday evening the 7th of February, 1984 there was an accident
at Hwy. CV and Hoepker Rd. A resident against the proposed tavern
was involved, but not seriously injured. We want to thank you for
your time regarding this matter, and hope you will consider this
information when you make your decision. Thank you again.
Gerhard H.
