The Division' s review is based <br /> upon examination of (1) the 115 report on Soil Borings and Percolation <br /> Tests by certified soil tester, "-84trk�L¢ E . 1}c) eve. <br /> CST# I3 y- , (2) the ASCS soils maps arplicable to the above- <br /> described lands and ( 3) the results of an on-site inspection by the <br /> Division.
