Property Owner shall not transfer , sell or convey any <br /> legal or equitable interest in the parcel to be rezoned to B-1 <br /> District without filing a petition at the Property Owner 's <br /> expense requesting that the above parcel be rezoned to A-1 or <br /> R-1 and shall follow the rezoning process through to a <br /> successful conclusion. <br /> 4 . If the business offices are terminated or if the use <br /> has been abandoned for a period of one (1 ) year , then a <br /> petition shall be filed at the expense of the Property Owner <br /> requesting that the above parcel be rezoned to A-1 or R-1 as <br /> set forth in paragraph 3 above. <br /> 5 . Property Owner will file with the Town of Middleton a <br /> $10,000 performance bond to ensure the property is converted <br /> back to A-1 or R-1 zoning as set forth above. <br /> 6. The Town of Middleton hereby approves the limited B-1 <br /> District zoning as above described. <br /> 7.
