Town Clerk Rosalind Gausman included the following comment in her letter: "The Board usually <br /> makes the approval conditioned upon [the property owners] keeping the surface water run-off generated on <br /> this property form going onto the adjacent properties. They overlooked that until later in the meeting and <br /> the Lynns had already left, so it as not included in the Town Board action.
