RESTRICTIONS <br /> 1. WHEREAS, K & R Farms, Inc. is the owner of the following described <br /> land in the Town of Blue Mounds, Dane County, Wisconsin, to-wit: <br /> A parcel of land located in the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4, Section 1 T6N, <br /> R6E, Town of Blue Mounds, Dane County, Wisconsin more particularly <br /> described below. <br /> Commencing at the SE corner of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of said Section <br /> 1; thence North 656.59 feet; thence West 449.25 feet more or less to a <br /> point on the centerline of S.T.H. "78"; thence N 15° 29' W along said <br /> centerline 150.00 feet; thence S 74° 31' W, 315.00 feet; thence <br /> S 15 29' E, 165.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> Thence Continue S 15° 29' E, 130.00 feet; thence N 74° 35' E, 245.00 <br /> feet to the westerly right of way line of S.T.H. "78"; thence north- <br /> westerly along said right of way line 130.00 feet; thence S 74° 35' W, <br /> 245.00 feet to the point of beginning. This parcel contains 0.73 acres. <br /> 2. WHEREAS, the said owner desires to place certain restrictions there- <br /> on, to bind the owner and those who may acquire title hereafter; <br /> 3. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual benefits passing to <br /> and from the owner and those who may hereafter purchase said land and the par- <br /> ties named as beneficiaries of these restrictions, the following restrictions <br /> are hereby imposed and shall constitute covenants running with the land and <br /> shall be binding upon all parties now owning any part of said land, their <br /> successors, heirs and assigns, and all parties holding under them unless, <br /> pursuant to paragraphs 5 or 6 of this instrument, said restrictions are <br /> amended or terminated. <br /> A. The attached addendum describes the portion of the steel, pole <br /> building located on the property subject to these restrictions, ( hereafter <br /> the property ) which shall be used solely and exclusively for the purposes of <br /> operating an automobile service and repair business limited to the service <br /> and repair of vehicles no larger than a 1 (one) ton truck. <br /> B. The operator of said automobile service and repair business shall <br /> observe the following restrictions: <br />
