i) The operator of said business shall not store any more than <br /> three (3) given vehicles on the Property outside the confines of <br /> the steel, pole building for more than fourteen (14) days for each <br /> such vehicle; <br /> ii) All such vehicles parked outside the steel, pole building <br /> shall be parked and kept in a neat and orderly manner; <br /> iii) In addition the grounds surrounding said pole building shall <br /> be kept in a neat and orderly manner; <br /> iv) Nothing else shall be stored outside the building. All other <br /> storage required for operation of the business shall be confined <br /> to the inside of the building or located in another area properly <br /> zoned for such use. <br /> C. The balance of the above described building in section A on the <br /> property subject to these restrictions shall be used solely and exclusively <br /> for the purposes of operating a retail feed business and or storage of equip- <br /> ment. Any change of use shall be subject to section six (6) of these re- <br /> strictions. <br /> 4. Parties Entitled To Enforcement: The restrictions provided for <br /> herein shall be enforceable at law or equity against any party who has or <br /> acquires an interest in the land subject to the restrictions by the <br /> following parties who are named as grantees, promisees and beneficiaries <br /> with enforcement rights: <br /> A. The County Government of Dane County, Wisconsin, provided that <br /> the lands are under the jurisdiction of a zoning ordinance of said County <br /> at the time the enforcement action is commenced; and <br /> B. The Town Government of the Town of Blue Mounds, Dane County, <br /> Wisconsin, provided that the lands are within the governmental jurisdiction <br /> of said Town at the time the enforcement action is commenced. <br /> C. The owner(s) of record of any land(s) which are located within <br /> 1/2 mile of the lands subject to these restrictions. <br /> 5. Violation of Restrictions: If any of the above restrictions are <br /> violated, the Town Board shall send the Owner of the Property and any other <br /> -2- <br />
