R. C. Speedways, Inc. <br /> The area proposed is currently in use as an automobile race track with a <br /> 1/4-1/2 mile paved surface track. The current seating, with a capacity of 10,000, <br /> is located along the North portion of the oval track. C. R. C. Speedways, Inc. <br /> intends to continue the present use of the premises as an automobile race track. <br /> Another projected future use of the premises includes the staging of outdoor, live <br /> music shows. A conditional use permit for outdoor entertainment is currently <br /> being applied for. <br />
