R. C. Speedways,
Inc. currently include building a facility to provide food service, including but not
limited to fish fries, banquets or special events. Currently, there are plans for
the erection of a 65 foot scoreboard along the south side of the race track.
Additionally, it is planned to increase the seating capacity at the race track from
its current 10,000 to 14,000. Accompanying any increase in seating capacity
would include the modernization and construction of additional sanitation facilities.
The concession stands currently on the premises are scheduled for repair and/or
replacement.
Within the next four (4) years, it is projected that a V.I.P.tr_ackside lounge
will be built to accommodate approximately 200 people. Additionally, it is currently projected that a banquet
hall will be built on the premises to accommodate approximately 750-1000 people,
and involving 10,000 square feet. It is also projected that parking areas will be
paved. The improvemens mentioned above are projected to be completed by
1988, based on the availability of funds and obtaining necessary conditional use
permits that may be required. Also, additional land of approximately 100 acres
would have to be acquired to complete some of the projected improvements to
the property.
Liquid Inn, Inc. has entered into a lease agreement with C. R. C. Speedways,
Inc. for the sale of beer on the track premises.
