RESTRICTIONS ON USE OF PROPERTY <br /> WHEREAS, Arlen L. Moore and Margarette I . Moore, husband <br /> and wife as joint tenants, are the owner of a parcel of real <br /> property more particularly described as: <br /> Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter <br /> (SE1/4-SW1/4 ) OF Section 19 , Town 9 North, Range 11 East, <br /> (Township of Bristol ) , Dane County, Wisconsin, which is <br /> more fully described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the South Quarter corner of said section <br /> 19; thence South 89° 52 ' West, along the South line of <br /> said Section 1126 .68 feet to the point of beginning of this <br /> description; thence continue South 89° 52 ' West, along <br /> said south line of Section, 195 .68 feet; thence North 0° <br /> 11 ' West 222 .61 feet; thence North 89° 46 ' 10" East, <br /> 195 .68 feet; thence South 0° 08 ' East, 222 .61 feet to the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the undersigned owners of said real estate <br /> do hereby agree as follows: <br /> 1 . That the restrictions set forth below shall remain in <br /> effect as long as said property is subject to zoning use regu- <br /> lations and no more restrictive than the regulations existing <br /> for the C-1 district on the date hereof, as modified by the <br /> restrictions set forth below. <br /> 2 . The following permitted uses, pursuant to Dane County <br /> ordinance 10 .13 (1) , shall not be allowed: <br /> A. Laundries, Dry Cleaning Establishments, Rooming <br /> Houses, and Boarding Houses. <br /> B. Outside storage of any manufacturing or construction <br /> materials. <br /> C. Buildings greater than two stories in height . <br /> 3 . While subject to the above numerated restrictions, the <br /> property at all times may be used for any purpose allowed under <br /> the C-1 zoning category existing on the date hereof or as may <br /> be modified in the future. <br /> 4 . An executed copy of these restrictions on use of <br /> property shall be recorded in the office of the Dane County <br /> Register of Deeds, and a similar copy may be filed with the <br /> office of the County Clerk for the County of Dane. <br /> 5 . The above covenants run with the land, are made for <br /> the benefit of and may be enforced by the County of Dane and <br /> the owners of said property, their successors and assigns, in <br /> appropriate court actions. <br /> Signed this day of March, 1984 . <br /> Arlen L.
