Moore , hus- band and wife as joint tenants , are the owner . of a parcel of real property more particularly described -as : Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter ( SE1/4-SW1/A) of Section 19 , Town 9 North , Range 11 East , (Township of Bristol ) , Dane County , , Wisconsin , which is more fully described as follows : =- , Commencing at the South Quarter corner of said sec- " tion 19 ; th'>nce South 89° 52 " West ,.'along tfie South line of said Section 1126 . 68 feet to the point of be-; n- fling of this description ; thence continue South 89° 52 ' West , along said South li.pe of Section , 195 . 68 feet ; thence North 0° 11 ' West 222 . 61 feet ; thence - North 89° 46 ' 10" East , 195 . 68 feet ; thence South 0° 08 ' East , 222 . 61 feet to the point of beginning . NOW, THEREFORE , the undersigned owners of said real es- tate do hereby agree as follows : 1 . That the restrictions set forth below shall remain in effect as long as said property is subject to zoning use regulations no more restrictive than the regulations exist- ing for the C-1 district on the date hereof , as modified by the restrictions set forth below. 2 . The following permitted used , persuant to Dane _ County ordinance 10 . 13( 1 ) , shall not be allowed : A . Laundries , Dry Cleaning Establishments , Rooming Houses , and Boarding houses . B. Outside Storage of any manufacturing or construction materials . C. Buildings greater than two stories in height . 3 . While subject to the above numerated restrictions , the property at all times may be used for any purpose al- lowed under the C-1 zoning category existing on the date hereof or as may be modified in the future . 4 . An executed copy of these restrictions on the use of property shall be recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds , and a similar copy may be filed with the office of the County Clerk for the County of Dane . 5. The above covenants run with the land , are made for the benefit of and may be enforced by the County of Dane and the owners of said property , their successors and as- signs , in appropriate court actions .
