Petition #3234 by George Weir, agent for Peter Sveum to include the following de- <br /> scribed land in the R-2 Residential District: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 31, Town of Pleasant Springs described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the S 1/4 corner of said Section 31; thence N 00° 33' 30" <br /> W, 2437.25 feet along the North-South quarter line of said Section 31 to the South <br /> line of Certified Survey Map Number #404, Volume 2 , Page 180, Dane County Records; <br /> thence S 87° 16' 46" W, 816.42 feet to the point of beginning of this description; <br /> thence continue S 87° 16' 46" W, 163.00 feet; thence N 02° 49 ' 44" W, 200. 39 feet <br /> to the East-West quarter line of said Section 31; thence N 86° 40' 13" E, 163.01 <br /> feet along said quarter line; thence S 02° 49' 44" E, 202.12 feet to the point of <br /> beginning of this description. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will <br /> be prepared for approval and recorded.
