Part of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 31, Town of Pleasant Springs described as follows: Commencing at the S 1/4 corner of said Section 31; thence N 00° 33' 30" W, 2437.25 feet along the North-South quarter line of said Section 31 to the South line of Certified Survey Map Number #404, Volume 2, Page 180, Dane County Records; thence S 87° 16' 46" W, 816.42 feet to the point of beginning of this description; • thence continue S 87° 16' 46" W, 163.00 feet; thence N 02° 49 ' 44" W, 200.39 feet to the East-West quarter line of said Section 31; thence N 86° 40' 13" E, 163.01 feet along said quarter line; thence S 02° 49' 44" E, 202.12 feet to the point of beginning of this description. This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be re-zoned is recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
