NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE DANE COUNTY AGRICULTURE, ENVIRONMENT & ZONING COMMITTEE • NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held in Room 224 of the City-County Building, Madison, Wisconsin on Tuesday, May 8, 1984 at 7:30 P.M. to consider the following matters: Petitions to amend the Dane County Zoning Ordinance and Applications for Conditional Use Permits. The matters to be heard are as follows: 21. PETITION #3238 by John Hoppman to include the following described land in the RH-1 Rural Homes and A-2 Agriculture Districts: TO RH-1: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 2; . thence S 00° 21' 32" E, 487.05 feet, along the East line of said Section 2, thence S 89° 53' 28" W, 550.11 feet to the point of beginning of this descrip- tion; thence S 00° 06' 32" E, 176. 97 feet, thence S 88° 59' 47" W, 333.19 feet to the Southeast corner of CSM 2080; thence N 00° 16' 00" W, 507.32 feet to the Southerly right-of-way line of CTH "T" ; thence N 89° 37' 54" E, 334.56 feet, along said right-of-way line; thence S 00° 06' 32" E, 326.66 feet to the point of beginning of this description. This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effec- tive, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be re-zoned is recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
