Part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 2, Town of Blooming Grove described as follows: TO RH-1: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 2; thence S 00° 21' 32" E, 487.05 feet, along the East line of said Section 2, thence S 89° 53' 28" W, 550. 11 feet to the point of beginning of this descrip- tion; thence S 00° 06' 32" E, 176.97 feet, thence S 88° 59' 47" W, 333. 19 feet to the Southeast of CSM 2080; thence N 00° 16' 00" W, 507.32 feet to the Southerly right-of-way line of CTH "T" ; thence N 89° 37' 54" E, 334.56 feet, along said right-of-way of-way line; thence S 00° 06' 32" E, 326.66 feet to the point of beginning of this description.
