B McFarland, WI 53558 <br /> July 24 , 1984 <br /> MOTION by LICHT/MINIHAN : <br /> The Town Board rescinds the motion of June 19 , 1984 to <br /> deny petition 3243 for RE-1 zoning for all the land owned by the <br /> Oi goi Sportsmen ' s Club . <br /> The Town Board recommends that the zoning committee reject <br /> the Oregon Sportsmen ' s Club request to change the original petition , <br /> and act on the original petition . <br /> The Town Board recommends approval of petition 3243 to <br /> rezone the Oregon Sportsmen ' s Club to RE—1 , and recommends approval <br /> of the conditional use permit 384, contingent on the addition of <br /> the following conditions to promote the health and general welfare <br /> of the neighborhood : ( Items 3 and 6 below are to be Deed Restrictions) <br /> 1 . There is to be no capacity expansion beyond the current <br /> maximum of ten people shooting at one time using two <br /> shooting ranges . <br /> 2 . The Club will plant pine trees six deep surrounding the <br /> . shooting area by July 1 , 1986 . The Club will investigate <br /> other sound deadening measures and will implement such <br /> measures which are judged useful and economically feasible <br /> to the club. <br /> . - 3 . Membership , archers and shooters total , is limited to <br /> 175 people . <br /> 4 . By person , there will be no drinking of alcoholic beverages <br /> until after the last shot is fired by that person . <br /> ✓ 5 . As of 1985 , shooting hours will be Monday and Tuesday , <br /> 6: 00 to 9 : 30 P.M. , and Thursday evening 6: 00 to 9 :00 P.M. <br /> Exceptions will be a maximum of four special shooting <br /> events on Sundays per year . Hunter safety courses are <br /> not restricted . <br />
