The sale of beer to the public shall be by special <br /> one-day permit from the Town Board no more than <br /> four times per year . <br /> The Dunn Town Board ( the Board) enter an agreement with the <br /> Oregon Sportsmen ' s Club ( the Club) on the following issues : <br /> 1 . The Club will lock the gate to their property at all <br /> times except for club authorized access . <br /> 2 . The Club will post a sign at the entrance with hours <br /> of shooting visible to the main road , and indicating <br /> trap shooting by members only . <br /> 3 . The Club will post a sign for speed : 25 MPH on the <br /> driveway , and a stop sign by Sand Hill Road . <br /> 4 . The Club will have some type of security at all events - <br /> duty officer . <br /> 5 . The Club will use trap loads only, and will consider <br /> steel shot if it becomes available . <br /> 6 The Town will request the constable to check at irregular <br /> intervals of club consistency with regulations . <br /> 7 . Use of the archery range is limited to members , guests , <br /> and special events . <br /> 8 . Starting in 1985 , the Club will make an effort to have <br /> trap league shooting finished by 9 : 00 P.M. on Mondays <br /> and Tuesdays . <br /> The To■.,.; Board established an Oregon Sportsmen ' s Club <br /> Neighborhood Committee ( the committee) , consisting of three <br /> persons who live near the club . Members are to be appointed <br /> annually , rotating membership when possible . The Town Board <br /> will notify the Club of the membership of the committee . <br /> The committee is to meet with the Club ' s new officers by <br /> the end of April each year to note progress on past problems <br /> and to discuss any new ones and report such to the Town Board . <br /> The Club is to mail committee members their club officer ' s <br /> names , addresses and phone numbers . <br /> The same lists are to be mailed <br /> to the Dunn Town Clerk by the end of April each year . The committee <br /> membership will be filed with club member and officer lists . <br /> MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY. <br />
