NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> BY THE DANE COUNTY <br /> AGRICULTURE, ENVIRONMENT 6 ZONING COMMITTEE <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held in Room 224 of the City-County <br /> Building, Madison, Wisconsin on Tuesday, June 12, 1984 at 7:30 P.M. to consider the <br /> following matters: Petitions to amend the Dane County Zoning Ordinance and Applications <br /> for Conditional Use Permits. The matters to be heard are as follows: <br /> 7. PETITION #3244 by Ron Williamson, agent for Herman Greiber to include the following <br /> described land in the RHT-1 Residence District: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 33 Town of Dane described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Northeast corner of said SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4; thence West <br /> along the North line of said SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4, 550 feet more or less to the <br /> centerline of Lodi-Springfield Road and the point of beginning. Thence continue <br /> West along said North line 300 feet; thence South 300 feet; thence East 100 feet; <br /> thence South 140 feet more or less to centerline of Rauls Road; thence SEly <br /> 350 more or less feet along centerline Rauls Road to centerline of Lodi-Spring- <br /> field Road; thence NWly along said centerline 450 more or less feet to the point <br /> of beginning. <br /> .This; description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will he prepared for approval and recorded.
