PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> DANE <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> Ladies & Gentlemen: <br /> The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board <br /> of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described <br /> land in Section 33 , Town of Dane , Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> from the A-1 Ex. Agricultural District to the <br /> RH-.1 Rural Homes District. <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 33 Town of Dane described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Northeast corner of said SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4; thence West <br /> along the North line of said SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4, 550 feet more or less to the <br /> centerline of Lodi-Springfield Road and the point of beginning. Thence continue <br /> West along said North line 300 feet; thence South 300 feet; thence East 100 feet; <br /> thence South 140 feet more or less to centerline of Rauls Road; thence SEly <br /> 350 more or less feet along centerline Rauls Road to centerline of Lodi-Spring- <br /> field Road; thence NWly along said centerline 450 more or less feet to the point <br /> of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
