Justeson; Matt
Collins; Balousek, Jeremy
Subject: Novation Campus - Lot 12
Roger,
I am responding to your question to Planning Design Build regarding the site plan not having a detention area on
site No detention/sediment/infiltration area is needed on the site because the detention and sediment
requirements are met by the regional basin (expanded Lake George) and the area is excluded from infiltration
because of the high risk of contamination. However, Oil and Grease Control is required for the site. This
requirement will be met by the use of Catch-All HRI filters installed in the on-site inlets. We discussed the
stormwater requirements for the site with Jeremy Balousek and a Stormwater Management Plan which includes
both Phase 1 of the plat and Lot 12 has been submitted to him. If you have any other questions regarding the
stormwater management plan for the site, please let me know.
Deborah J.
