The matters to be heard are as follows: <br /> 15. PETITION 1l3252 by Ron Williamson, agent for Kenneth Schmidt to include the following <br /> described land in the RH-1 Rural Homes District: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 8, Town of Springfield described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southeast corner of said SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4; thence North <br /> 400 feet to the point of beginning.
