Agriculture District to the <br /> P11-1 Rural Humes District. <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 8, Town of Springfield described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southeast corner of said SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4; thence North <br /> 400 feet to the point of beginning. Thence West 700 feet more or less to the right- <br /> of-way of CTH P; thence Northeasterly along said right-of-way 1150 feet more or less <br /> to the intersection of the East line of said SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 with the right-of- <br /> way of CTH P; thence South along said East line 900 feet more or less to the point <br /> of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
