NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> BY TUTE DANE COUNTY <br /> AGRICULTURE, ENVIRONMENT & ZONING COMMITTEE <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held in Room 224 of the City-County <br /> Building, Madison, Wisconsin on Tuesday, June 12, 1984 at 7:30 P.M. to consider the <br /> following matters: Petitions to amend the Dane County Zoning Ordinance and Applications <br /> for Conditional Use Permits. The matters to be heard are as follows: <br /> 16. PETITION #3253 by Ron Williamson, agent for Russ Wipperfurth to include the following <br /> described land in the R-1 Residence District: <br /> Part of the S 1/2 SW 1/4 of Section 1, Town of Springfield described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 1; thence North 471.61 feet; <br /> thence N 88° 23' 29" E, 734. 30 feet to the point of beginning. Thence N 010 36' 31" <br /> W, 20.00 feet; thence N 88° 23' 29" E, 650.67 feet; thence S 00° 32' 18" E, 300.04 <br /> feet; thence N 44° 59 ' 29" W, 222.18 feet; thence N 03° 02' 22" W, 52.52 feet; <br /> thence S 88° 23' 29" W, 491.18 feet; thence N 01° 36' 31" W, 66.00 feet to the point <br /> of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will <br /> be prepared for approval and recorded.
