Agriculture District to the <br /> R-1 Residence District. <br /> Part of the S 1/2 SW 1/4 of Section 1, Town of Springfield described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 1; thence North 471.61 feet; <br /> thence N 88° 23' 29" E, 734. 30 feet to the point of beginning. Thence N 01° 36' 31" <br /> W, 20.00 feet; thence N 88° 23' 29" E, 650.67 feet; thence S 00° 32' 18" E, 300.04 <br /> feet; thence N 44° 59' 29" W, 222.18 feet; thence N 03° 02' 22" W, 52.52 feet; <br /> thence S 88° 23' 29" W, 491.18 feet; thence N 01° 36' 31" W, 66.00 feet to the point <br /> of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will <br /> be prepared for approval and recorded.
