RIK, Inc. is also willing <br /> to accept a C-2 zoning classification under the county <br /> ordinance if that classification allows the kinds of uses <br /> permitted in a RPSM Research Park District under the Madison <br /> Zoning Ordinance. If the C-2 classification does not permit <br /> such uses, RIK is willing to record a deed restriction <br /> limiting the use of land within Old Sauk Trails Park to the <br /> uses permitted by section 28 . 10 (4) (RPSM Research Park) of the <br /> Madison Zoning Ordinance until Dane County approves some other <br /> zoning of all or any part of that land, or that land is no <br /> longer subject to the Dane County Zoning Ordinance, whichever <br /> first occurs. A copy of section 28 . 10 (4) of the Madison <br /> Zoning Ordinance is enclosed for your reference. <br /> This letter will also confirm the discussion I had <br /> with Mr. Scribner during which I advised him that the county <br /> should review the plat of Old Sauk Trails Park as an objecting <br />
