DANE COUNTY
Madison Wi. 53709 ZONING DEPT,
Sirs:
Re: Zoning Pet. *3296 (Robert Ehle)
Are we led to understand it is not sufficient to send in a
dissapproval of a zoning petition on the part of a Town Board
when they feel they have sufficient information to do so? Do
we also have to furnish you with all information surrounding
their reason for dissapproval? If so here is the information
you seem to require and please respond in writing to the above
questions.
Ehle rezoning objections:
1 . Driveway easement could create diagreement in the future
between property owners.
2. Grain drying facilities are too close and could create
problems, noise, dust and traffic.
3. The remaining piece of land to the west could too easily
be parceled off for an additional house.
4. In the event the house parcel is sold first, then the
purchaser of the farm land would need to establish a new
homestead and good farm land would have to be used to establish
this homestead.
5. The house is not in good condition and the Board feels the
house may be sold to undesirable people and the same problems
that have occurred at that residence will continue causing
our Township many problems.
F. re coa
d ohn E.
