TOWN OF SUN PRAIRIE <br /> Office of the Clerk <br /> I.Q8(s co. h•1 41'1' 1 <br /> MARSHALL WI , 53559 <br /> December 21,1984 <br /> Dane County <br /> Land Regulation & Records <br /> Room 116 , City-County Building <br /> Madison,WI. 53709 <br /> RE: Zoning Petition # 3313 <br /> Section 32,Town of Sun Prairie <br /> by Deerfield Meadows Partnership. <br /> At a regular monthly Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Sun <br /> Prairie held on September 6 ,1984 the Town Board approved Petition <br /> # 3313 to rezone an area of 43 + acres in Section 32 to the RH-1 <br /> District; the proposed use is a residence plat with limited livestock. <br /> At that time and at a recent meeting the Town Board discussed the <br /> quality of farm land in this area. It was noted the land was <br /> assessed as No. 2and No.3 Agricultural land which would not be prime <br /> agricultural land. Some of this area is partially wooded. <br /> This area will be served by Torbleau Road, a newly constructed road- <br /> way which intersects with Bailey Settlement Road on the west. At <br /> present Bailey Settlement Road serves a developed residential area <br /> and an area has beenapproved for the R-1 District on the south side <br /> of Torbleau Road. <br /> Approving RH-1 District on the north side of Torbleau Road allows <br /> for property to be available for residents who desire some space <br /> for limited livestock.
