• DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 8600 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Madison. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Madison be amended to include in the C-2 Commercial District/s the following described land: PETITION NUMBER/C.U.P. NUMBER: 8600/1807 A parcel of land in the W 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of Section 35, Town of Madison described as follows: Beginning at 65 feet West from centerline of tracks of Chicago and Northwestern Railway and 1179 feet South from the North line of said SE 1/4; thence S00°30' West along the said Westerly line 123.2 feet; thence South 78°36' West 97.4 feet; thence S44°13' West 93.9 feet to the Northeasterly line of Oregon Road; thence along said Northeasterly line N48°07' West 113.5 feet; thence N61°25' East 280.5 feet to the point of beginning. ALSO: Part of the W 1/2 SE 1/4 Section 35, Town of Madison described follows: Beginning at a point on the West line of Chicago and Northwestern Railroad right-of-way that is 1383.6 feet South of the North line of said SE 1/4; thence S00°30' West 135.1 feet along said West line to the intersection of said West line with the Northeasterly line of Oregon Road; thence N50°45' West 145.2 feet along said Northeasterly line; thence N39°15' East 56.7 feet; thence S89°30' East 77.9 feet to the point of beginning.
