Cont. #8600 <br /> Page 2 <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of <br /> the land shall record the following restrictions on said land: <br /> That only the following uses shall be allowed on the rezone area: <br /> 1. All uses permitted in the 10.13 (C-1). <br /> 2. Major repair of motor vehicles; sales of new and used vehicles; sales of new and used <br /> contractor's machinery and equipment; repairs, storage and service of contractor's machinery and <br /> equipment; rental and leasing of motor vehicles, contractor's machinery and equipment; utility <br /> services; parking or storing of motor vehicles; warehouses; games such as horseshoes, volleyball <br /> or similar activities not lighted for night operation; mini-warehouses, sales and storage of lumber <br /> and building material. <br /> The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> 1. A zoning permit on this property will not be issued by the department until adequate assurances are <br /> provided to the zoning administrator that the east Badger road extension to Ski lane will be completed. <br /> Said restriction shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board as well as the owners <br /> of land within 300 feet of the site. Failure to record the restrictions will cause the rezone to be null <br /> and void. <br /> The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> \o� <br />
