I'I I I 1 ION NO. • PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF VERMONT TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: Ladies & Gentlemen: The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described land in Section 35, Town of vermont , Dane County, Wisconsin, from the A-1 Agriculture Exclusive District to the RTt-4 Rural Homes District. Part of the S 1/2 SE 1/4 of Section 26 and NE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 35 Town of Vermont described as follows: Commencing at the South quarter corner of the said Section 26; thence East 516. 41 feet to the point of beginning; thence East 1000 feet more or less to the 40 corner; thence South along the 40 line 980 feet more or less to the centerline of C'Pll J; thence Southeasterly along the centerline 1100 feet more or less; thence East 430 feet to the Southeast corner of the said NE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 35; thence Northerly along the town road 66 feet more or less; thence West 230 feet more or less; thence approximately N 53 W 800 feet more or less; thence N_12 W 1100 feet more or less; thence N 78° 47' W 243 feet; thence S 89° 45' 07" W 250. 39 feet; thence S 18° 16' 13" W 335.54 feet; thence S 88° 00' 33" W, 652.73 feet to the point of beginning. This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
