I believe
the residents of this address are in violation of Dane County Zoning Law 10.16 because they
are storing numerous inoperable and unlicensed vehicles in their lawn.In addition, the
residents are currently constructing a building which may violate height restrictions under the
zoning code.I describe the specific violations below and have included pictures of the
property for your review.
On March 15,2009 at 12:59PM,I observed the following 9 vehicles in the yard as follows; at
least three of which are unlicensed:
A camper—license MH D 9954
A blue/gray stripe vehicle with NO LICENSE
A silver vehicle SUPR DOT
A gold 4 x4 vehicle license 223-BCS
A black vehicle license 609-DGL
A cream Chevy 56486D(disabled—no one lives there with a disability that I am aware of!)
A blue/navy vehicle license 275-ABH
A red"Badger 27"—NO LICENSE
An aqua vehicle 958-JKU
A trailer,aqua license XR27540
Also in the yard(not sure I have included EVERYTHING!):
2 snowmobiles
Boards
Blue plastic
Loader/backhoe?
2 flatbed trailers
1 snowmobile trailer
About 20 tires on the side of their garage, for cars I assume?
For two people living in a home, this amount of waste in one yard is intolerable. This list
does not include anything stored inside the attached garage or in their new extra-large
gargantuan building that is not fully completed. I have included pictures of what I observed
on the 15th for your review so you can get an idea of the eyesore which residents in the
neighborhood are forced to endure on a daily basis.
I believe the residents at 5056 Vienna Drive are in violation of Dane County Zoning Law
10.16 for having numerous inoperable and unlicensed vehicles in their lawn. There are likely
many other zoning violations present on the property but I noticed a clear violation of 10.16
