Lands <br /> adjoining this parcel are zoned B-1, RH-4, and AlE. <br /> This rezoning request is being made for David D. Jacobs, Ralph <br /> Herbert Jacobs, Austin Alfred Jacobs, and Paul Gynther Jacobs, <br /> who are the present owners of this parcel.
