ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 3442 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DUNN <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows : <br /> That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunn be <br /> amended to include in the A-2 Agriculture District <br /> the following described land: <br /> Part of the Sg NW; of Section 14, Town of Dunn described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the Northwest corner of the SE' NW; of said Section 14; thence S 06° <br /> W, 810 feet more or' less; thence S 84° E, 190 feet more or less; thence S 06° W, <br /> 550 feet more or less to the South line of said SE; NW;; thence S 89° E along said <br /> South line, 800 feet more or less to the water's edge of the Yahara River; thence <br /> Northerly along said water's edge, 1420 feet more or less; thence S 88° W, 850 <br /> feet more less to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, <br /> if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors .a certified <br /> survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the Office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 60 days of its adoption by the County <br /> Board of Supervisors, the owner or owners of the land shall record the following <br /> restrictions running in favor of Dane County we well as the owners of the land: <br /> 1) . Said property shall not be sub-divided. <br /> 2) . Use of the property is limited to residential and agricultural uses. <br /> 3) . A kennel use is not permitted. <br /> EFFECTIVE: <br />
