Agriculture District to the <br /> A-2 Agriculture District. <br /> Part of the S1 NW; of Section 14, Town of Dunn described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the Northwest corner of the SE; NW a of said Section 14; thence S 06° <br /> W, 810 feet more or less; thence S 84° E, 190 feet more or less; thence S 06° W, <br /> 550 feet more or less to the South line of said SE; NW;; thence S 89° E along said <br /> South line, 800 feet more or less to the water's edge of the Yahara River; thence <br /> Northerly along said water's edge, 1420 feet more or less; thence S 88° W, 850 <br /> feet more less to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
