ti + <br /> STATE OF WISCONSIN COUNTY OF DANE TOWN OF DUNN <br /> In Re Application of <br /> Jack McManus for Rezoning PETITION <br /> NOW COMES Jack McManus, the Petitioner who states <br /> to the County of Dane that he is an adult residing at McManus <br /> Road, Route 1 , Dane County, (Town of Dunn) , Wisconsin and is the <br /> owner in fee of approximately 500 acres in one continuous parcel <br /> at said location. <br /> He petitions the County and other necessary Governmental <br /> bodies to rezone a piece of property hereinafter described to <br /> be one for the purpose of using it as a law office. <br /> The time schedule for development is as soon as rezoning <br /> is granted the money is available for immediate construction. <br /> This parcel is part of the aforesaid approximately <br /> 500 acres and is on a 15 acre parcel which is the site of an <br /> old Indian village and which has never been plowed or used for <br /> agricultural purposes. <br /> Because of excessive taxation of this parcel , the <br /> majority of it has been put in a Woodland crop program leaving <br /> out the area where there exists a 50 x 70 foot agricultural <br /> building and the proposed law office. <br /> Therefore, my land surrounds this property. McManus <br /> Road is a Town road approximately 1 mile long in length which <br /> ends in my yard and I own all the land on both sides of the road <br /> and this parcel is approximately 7/10ths of a mile from Rutland <br /> Dunn-Townline Road. <br /> The other land uses are as I stated trees , agricultural <br /> buildings, and my 2800 foot air strip. <br /> The acreage and square feet of the area proposed for <br /> rezoning is attached hereto and marked Exhibit "1" as performed <br /> as survey. Attached as Exhibit "2" is the percolation test. <br /> -1- <br />
