PETITION NO. _S Y8_) <br /> PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> SPRINGFIELD <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> Ladies & Gentlemen: <br /> The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board <br /> of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described <br /> land in Section 4 , Town of Springfield , Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> from the A-1 Ex. Agriculture District to the <br /> • <br /> RH-3& RH-4 Rural Homes District. <br /> Part of the NEQ SW; & NWQ SE; Section 4, Town of Springfield described as follows: <br /> TO RH-3: Commencing- at the East one-quarter corner of said Section 4; thence S <br /> 86° 10' 51" W, 2577.36 feet; thence S 41° 32 ' 20" W, 1289.22 feet to the point <br /> of beginning; thence N 86 21'. 38" E, 973.91 feet; thence S 09° 00' 44" E, 65.52 <br /> feet to a point of curve, thence Southeasterly along a 741.36 foot radius curve, <br /> measured along a chord which bears S 19° 42' 22" E for a distance of 275.14 feet; <br /> thence S 30° 24' 00" E, 120.75 feet thence S 86° 22' 00" W, 1132.44 feet; thence <br /> N 00° 46' 30" W, 437.87 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> TO RH-4: Commencing at the East one-quarter corner of said Section 4, thence S <br /> 86° 10' 51" W, 2577.36 feet; thence S 41° 32' 20' W, 1289.22 feet to the point <br /> of beginning; thence N 00° 46' 30" W, 320.04 feet; thence N 30° 37' W, 228.80 feet <br /> to the southerly right-of-way line Of CTH P; thence Northeasterly along the southerly <br /> right-of-way line of CTH P; approximately 600 feet the Northerly line of said <br /> Parcel 2; thence Easterly approximately 530 feet to the Westerly right-of-way line <br /> of Lodi-Springfield Road; thence Southerly along the Westerly right-of-way line <br /> of Springfield Road approximately 900 feet; thence S 86° 21' 38" W, 940.76 feet <br /> to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will <br /> be prepared for approval and recorded.
