PETITION TO REZONE LAND To: The Dane County, Wisconsin Zoning Department 210 Monona Ave. City-County Building Madison, WI 53709 This Petition To Rezone Land is made by Phoebe Ann Brunet, owner of the lands to be rezoned, by Attorney Donald J. Blindauer, her agent. Enclosed is a check in the amount of $75.00 in payment of the filing fee. There are two parcel numbers for such land, namely: 28-04-72 and 28-04-78. Attached hereto is Exhibit A showing the general configura- tion and description of the two land parcels owned by Ms . Phoebe Ann Brumm which are proposed to be rezoned. Petitioner requests that her land be rezoned as follows : Parcel 1 : From existing Agricultural to RH-3, Rural Homes- 3 District. Said Parcel 1 contains 10 . 32 acres more or less . The petition for rezoning of this Parcel 1 to RH-3 , Rural Homes - 3 District, is filed under the delayed effective date procedure and the description of said parcel is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. Parcel 2 : From existing Agricultural to RH-4, Rural Homes District. Parcel 2 contains 17 acres more or less . The proposed use of the property following rezoning is residential with limited livestock. With respect to development, it is proposed that Parcel 1 will be offered for sale immediately. Parcel 2 will be retained for future use. Land uses within 300 feet of the property are Agricultural Exclusive with residences , vacant Agricultural Exclusive, R-1 (Plat of Springfield Woods) , and R-1 and R-3A Residences .
