PETITION TO REZONE LAND <br /> To: The Dane County, Wisconsin Zoning Department <br /> 210 Monona Ave. <br /> City-County Building <br /> Madison, WI 53709 <br /> This Petition To Rezone Land is made by Phoebe Ann Brunet, <br /> owner of the lands to be rezoned, by Attorney Donald J. Blindauer, <br /> her agent. <br /> Enclosed is a check in the amount of $75.00 in payment of <br /> the filing fee. <br /> There are two parcel numbers for such land, namely: 28-04-72 <br /> and 28-04-78. <br /> Attached hereto is Exhibit A showing the general configura- <br /> tion and description of the two land parcels owned by Ms . Phoebe <br /> Ann Brumm which are proposed to be rezoned. <br /> Petitioner requests that her land be rezoned as follows : <br /> Parcel 1 : From existing Agricultural to RH-3, Rural Homes- <br /> 3 District. Said Parcel 1 contains 10 . 32 acres <br /> more or less . The petition for rezoning of this <br /> Parcel 1 to RH-3 , Rural Homes - 3 District, is <br /> filed under the delayed effective date procedure <br /> and the description of said parcel is intended <br /> to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. <br /> Parcel 2 : From existing Agricultural to RH-4, Rural Homes <br /> District. Parcel 2 contains 17 acres more or less . <br /> The proposed use of the property following rezoning is <br /> residential with limited livestock. <br /> With respect to development, it is proposed that Parcel 1 <br /> will be offered for sale immediately.
