• •
MEMO
Page 2
Schewe, Christiana
Bill Breitzman. The last inspection was made in January, 1985, and
no violations were found. Mr. Breitzman advised that:
A. The pipes of the system are somewhat undersized creating pressure
problems.
B. The water contains a high concentration of iron which builds up
in the lines further complicating the pressure situation.
C. The pressure tanks become water-logged periodically; maintenance
and restored pressure may dislodge iron particles in the system.
5. SPACING OF HOMES:
Complaint received referred only to the NE area of park, Lot #12, thru
16, where the original trailer pads are rather close together to accom-
modate the current model trailers which have a width of 12 - 14 feet
and over. Mr. Hewuse, Manager stated one unit will be removed within
30 days and the remaining three will be moved to provide more appro-
priate separation.
CC: County Board Supervisors - July 31, 1985.
•
