The Board had asked the Dane County <br /> Committee to withhold any action on the zone change until all <br /> requirements were met . Mr . Droster presented the Board with <br /> the hold harmless water runoff act statement . An easement <br /> for screening and a water runoff will be on the C. S .M. before <br /> the Clerk will sign. A motion was made by TN/SS to recommend <br /> approval to Dane County Zonina for request #4033 for Homberg <br /> and Droster with a 20 foot easement for water on the RE-1 .. <br /> property and an easement for screening on the east side of <br /> the C-1 property. Motion carried . <br /> Tom Steele of the Madison Chanter of EAA informed the <br /> Board that there is going to be a fly-in breakfast at the <br /> airport on Sept . 13 , 1987 . <br /> Warren Myers of Town and Country Engineers presented the <br /> Board with a preliminary plan for the proposed road work on <br /> Ridge Road intersection . A motion was made by MK/SS to <br /> annrove the plan as presented. Motion carried. <br /> It was reported to the Board that there is no cul-du-sac <br /> Planned at the end of Meyer Road . This is in conjunction <br /> with Rezone reauest #3963 . A motion was made by ES/TN to <br /> approve a cul-du-sac on the end of Meyer Road with a radius <br /> of 60 feet and covered with 6 inches of crushed rock . If the <br /> road is not in place , the Board will require a $3 , 000 . 00 <br /> deposit to insure that the cul-du-sac will be placed. Motion <br /> carried. <br /> An additional bid was found from Robert Ring for the <br /> Purchase of the bulldozer . The bid was in the amount of <br /> 53 . 010 . 00 .
