A <br /> partial payment of 52 . 900 . 00 shall be made go C & K, and a <br /> Partial payment of 56 . 200 . 00 shall be made to Payne and <br /> Dolan. Motion carried. <br /> The list of Town Ordinances was reviewed. A motion was <br /> made by ES/MK that Truman and Silvin work with Steve to <br /> reorganize the Town Ordinances . Motion carried. <br /> Henry Kaulscher has informed the Board that he no longer <br /> wants to be the Weed Commissioner . Jeff Smith indicated that <br /> Spencer Artman may be interested in the position. He will be <br /> asked to come in to a meetina with the Board. <br /> Mike Kindschi reported to the Board that the Town books <br /> are in balance. <br /> Jeff reported that they are nearly out of an additive <br /> which is used in the fuel for the trucks . He was instructed <br /> to order more and to continue to use it in the trucks . <br /> A letter was read from Atty . Schneider regarding the Link <br /> Tax refund. A motion was made by SS/MK to post the purposed <br /> resolution and hold a public hearing at the next regular <br /> Board meetina. (Sept 1987 ) .
