<br /> This appeal of the undersigned adjacent property owners is
<br /> based on the aforementioned non-compliances with 4 of the 6 Standards
<br /> of the Zoning Committee. We also observed all other issues brought
<br /> before the committee ahead of ours, the Chairman asked for the
<br /> recommendation of the Town and the Clerk Mr. Fleck rendered whatever
<br /> recommendation the respective Towns had sent. In our case no such
<br /> question was asked of the Clerk. Eighteen persons sat in the
<br /> hearing room on our behalf that evening and all felt the committee 's
<br /> animosity toward the Town of Dunn, and anyone connected therewith.
<br /> Jane Licht tried to bring the above r.on-compliances to their attention
<br /> and was totally ignored and a vote was called for. We felt our rights
<br /> were not properly served. We all felt the issues were not being
<br /> properly discussed, only "Town of Dunn" . We felt we were being
<br /> made scapegoats for something other than the issues at hand.
