These covenants and restrictions shall run with the land and shall be <br /> a part of the consideration of the purchase thereof and shall be <br /> binding on all persons having an interest in said subdivision until <br /> terminated in accordance with Paragraph 9 above. <br /> 11. These covenants and restrictions may be enforced by any lot owner by <br /> proceedings at law or in equity against any person or persons violating <br /> or attempting to violate the same, either to restrain the violation <br /> or to recover damages. <br /> 13.
