As you <br /> know, the board granted your appeal with Conditions • <br /> 1. Appeal 3529 by Rosemary & Mylowe Wooley for variances from minimum required lot <br /> width at the building setback line and minimum required lot area for an existing <br /> substandard platted lot in the Shoreland District as provided by Sections 11.03(1) and <br /> 10.05(4), Dane County Code of Ordinances, to permit proposed new residence South of 78 <br /> Potowatomi Drive, being Lots 26 and 27, Block 3, Indian Heights Re-Subdivision of Blocks <br /> 3 and 6 Except Lot 13, Block 6, Section 36, Town of Albion. <br /> Motion: Hamre/Schulz to grant a variance of 0.04 feet more or less from required <br /> 100 feet minimum lot width at the building setback line and a variance of 2,500 SF as <br /> platted (2,547.46 SF as surveyed) from required minimum 15,000 square feet lot area <br /> for an existing substandard platted lot in the Shoreland District to allow proposed <br /> new single-family residence, with Conditions: <br /> 1) Town of Albion approval; and <br /> 2) Shoreland Erosion Control Permit incorporating Stormwater Management <br /> provisions. <br /> Motion carried: 4 - 0. <br /> STAFF NOTE: The Wooleys' appeal is on the July 1, 2008 Town of Albion Board <br /> Meeting Agenda. <br /> In regard to Condition: <br /> Page 1 of 4 <br />
