1)' Please have Town Clerk Julie Hanewall provide a copy of the Minutes of the July 1, <br /> 2008 Town Board meeting, at which I presume the Town acted to support or approve <br /> your appeal; and <br /> 2) Please have your engineer include stormwater management "measures" such as <br /> rain gardens, rain barrels, berms, infiltration areas, etc. to mitigate run-off toward <br /> the drainage way at the southwest corner of your property and toward the lake. I <br /> understand that Mark talked about this requirement with Jeremy Balousek at the <br /> County's Land Conservation office, and that Jeremy told him the property does not fit <br /> the standards requiring a formal Stormwater Management Permit application. Of <br /> course, you may voluntarily apply for a Stormwater Management Permit, but it seems <br /> to me that the Board's intention was to reduce run-off toward the small stream and <br /> on the steeper slopes of your two lots. Incorporating appropriate features into the <br /> landscaping of your lot will fulfill their Condition. <br /> As we discussed earlier, you also need to record the Deed Restriction document <br /> combining your two lots for zoning purposes. My notes show I gave you a copy on <br /> 06/02/2008, but I'm attaching it below. Please ask the Register of Deeds Clerk to <br /> make a copy "for Kris in Zoning" when you submit it for recording. <br /> I'll need copies of everything described above for the Appeal 3529 file before the <br /> Zoning Permit may be issued.
