• <br /> Page 2 <br /> The other disturbing fact in this situation remains, namely <br /> that the notice from the Zoning Administrator of Dane County <br /> referring to the requirement of a "deed restriction" was not <br /> received by any land owner until after Mrs. Suchomel had made and <br /> completed the sale of the property to Mr. Kesselhon. The people <br /> otherwise relied upon the report given by Norbert Scribner to the <br /> effect that the County Board had approved the rezoning petition. <br /> So far no one has shown me that the zoning petition referred to <br /> the giving of a "deed restriction" . <br /> Also, I repeat my request in regard to whether or not it <br /> would be objectionable if Mr. Kesselhon would amend the requested <br /> deed restriction by inserting the words I previously mentioned <br /> to the effect that the deed restriction would terminate upon <br /> completion of the annexation of those lands to another contiguous <br /> 0 municipality. <br /> Sincerely yours, <br /> 4/ B.
